Why work with me?

We all have goals. Maybe you want to start a side project, prioritize time with friends, or manage how you spend time at your current job. Perhaps all of the above! Whatever your goals, the way you spend your time can make all the difference in actually achieving them.

Do you wish you had more than 24 hours in a day? Are there too many distractions for you to focus on what matters? It can often feel like there is barely enough time for the regular life things, let alone your greater goals. I am here to help you! From managing the small things to achieving your purpose in life, it all takes time, and that is where I can best support you.

Who is Vera Kratz?

My passion for time management started a decade ago. I grew up in Budapest, Hungary, and went through the Hungarian public school system. In high school I majored in History and Mathematics, had a long list of extracurriculars, social activities, and watched around 500 movies. I always knew I would go to college in the United States and preparing for applications took up a lot of my time as well. Since I planned to keep doing fun things and chasing my goals, I knew that I had to get a hold of how I managed my time.

Like anyone trying to learn a new thing, I first started looking up time management techniques on YouTube, and then began reading books and fully diving into exploring the best practices when I started college. I studied Economics and Leadership Studies at Claremont McKenna College in California. After graduation I worked in consulting at Mercer, spent a summer working for a tech recruiting company while setting up my coaching business, and currently work as a Product Owner at a tech company. In these fast-paced environments, managing my time well and staying organized have helped me excel at what I do, maintain my sanity, and enjoy life.

“The coaching sessions were an enjoyable and rewarding step to build on existing work I had done for myself on productivity & time management. The sessions were very professionally organised, from detailed context being built beforehand, to structured discussions during, and afterwards very comprehensive notes on the conversation we’d had being emailed promptly to me, which were super useful for reflection. Vera is a very kind, friendly coach and has a depth of understanding for where time mismanagement can come from and how to constructively address that, specific to your individual circumstances.”
